Keck Signature Care has limited enrollment, so our physicians can take the time you and your family members need. Our concierge program is specifically designed to value your time and attention.

Your Keck Signature Care physician builds ample time into your appointment to develop a strong relationship with you. They will discuss test results, explain findings and develop customized prevention tactics to help you manage your health.
Easy Access to Quality Care
Membership in Keck Signature Care includes convenient 24/7 phone communication with your physician; access to email or video conferencing, wherever you are; and same-day or next day appointment scheduling.
Prevention, A Top Priority
Your Keck Signature Care physician builds ample time into your appointment to develop a strong relationship with you. They will discuss test results, explain findings and develop customized prevention tactics to help you manage your health.
Nutrition Management
Your registered dietitian (RD) will work with you to develop a comprehensive and specialized nutrition plan, being mindful of your individual goals. Your RD will leverage the most advanced technologies and evidence-based practices to provide accessible, realistic and therapeutic nutrition interventions.
Lifestyle and Fitness Assessment
Our expert occupational therapists and physical therapists will complete a detailed evaluation and work with you to develop a customized plan that supports healthier living, improves your activity and performance level and promotes better disease management.

What is Keck Signature Care – Concierge Medicine?
Keck Signature Care, a concierge medicine program of Keck Medicine of USC, is a fee-based comprehensive medical program designed to support a personal relationship with your physician while providing members with quick and easy access to their care.
How do I join the program?
If you are interested in becoming a member of Keck Signature Care, the first step is to schedule an in-person interview with our team. During the interview, you will meet our physician and our team and will learn about our program. If it is mutually agreed that our goals align, we’ll work together to complete a membership agreement.
What is the annual membership fee?
An annual fee of $6,000 per individual (17+) is made payable prior to the start of each enrollment year or in three-month increments prior to the start of each quarter. The annual fee is your responsibility and is not covered by your insurance. If you have a health savings account, please check with your plan administrator to determine if you are eligible for reimbursement.
Do I need to have health care insurance to join?
All members must be enrolled in a PPO or Medicare health insurance plan. Your insurance will be billed for covered services.

Will fees for lab testing, specialist referrals, imaging or hospital stays be covered by my insurance?
In the event that our concierge physician refers you for additional testing or to see a specialist, your health insurance will be billed for these services. You will be responsible for any fees your insurance determines to be the patient’s responsibility.
