Care was good but call did not come in as scheduled and I was not giving any notification of a delay so after waiting approximately 45 minutes, I called and canceled the conference until a later timeIt's very inefficient to make somebody wake my phone for 45 minutes and nobody calls poor poor Customer Service

Very good at getting to the point and answered all of the questions that I had, and said if there was a problem to get back to her with any questions.
