He offers minimally invasive therapy for benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH) and erectile nerve-sparing robotic surgery for prostate cancer.

Dr. Asanad strives to provide men with the best quality of life following prostate surgery, in the same way he strives to provide men the best chance to build a family with their loved ones. He works closely with Keck Medicine’s reproductive endocrinology and infertility specialists at HRC Fertility, an affiliate of Keck Medicine, to provide optimal treatment plans for male subfertility. He is a specialist in advanced sperm-retrieval procedures, including microsurgical testicular sperm extraction (micro-TESE). My approach to patient care is highly personalized, as I recognize that men’s reproductive and sexual health is a delicate and sensitive subject. I take pride in caring for couples as a whole, with particular focus on how male-factor infertility impacts a couple’s fertility journey. I truly understand how special it is to help a couple achieve a pregnancy. In my practice, I emphasize the importance of my patients’ quality of life, tailoring treatment plans to meet each patient’s unique goals and needs.
