The Nurses of USC are offered a wide range of employment benefits including healthcare, retirement, education and quality of life benefits. Nurses may choose from various medical, dental and vision plans. Nurses qualify for USC’s tuition assistance, and regular full-time and part-time 1 registered nurses who have completed at least one year of continuous service at Keck Hospital or USC Norris Cancer Hospital are eligible for some reimbursement for job-related coursework offered by accredited schools.

Nurses also receive discounts on a variety of services, including public transportation passes, campus fitness centers memberships and event tickets, among others.
