He asked me how can I help you? And I explained the problem to him, he checked my ears and said he would check an appointment with the sleep center and he didn't come back!!

The doctor understands the health issues that I have and has given me excellent care.

Dr Rice had ordered a CT scan and the report was sent to him. I brought a copy of the report as well as the scan which the assistant uploaded. Dr Rice examined me with the endoscope but didn't even bother to read the report or review the scan until I mentioned the report said I had a cyst at which point he read the report. I am a complicated sinus case with repeated surgeries You would think he would spend at least a minutes reviewing all the relevant data. Just lost trust about my care at USC.
