Dr. Shaker took the time to explain to me the details of what could be done if the medicine doesn't work to treat my inflammation, and any questions I asked. She is very caring and doesn't treat me as just another number, but a real patient going through a medical problem.

Dr.Shaker listens and is just down to earth. She tells me what to worry about, and also lets me know when issues are common for someone of my age. She has a fun personality.
