Elodi Dielubanza, MD, is a urologist at Keck Medicine of USC, who specializes in treating pelvic floor conditions and performing urologic reconstructive surgeries. She prioritizes building trusting relationships with her patients and educating them about their conditions and treatment options. Dr. Dielubanza provides an empathic approach to care and understands that her patients may feel nervous or embarrassed about discussing pelvic health concerns, and she is committed to doing all she can to make them feel at ease.
Dr. Dielubanza’s research interests are focused on understanding and improving the social and economic impact of pelvic floor conditions, such as incontinence, on women’s everyday lives. She has worked on research projects on a full range of urology topics, including overactive and underactive bladder, stress incontinence surgery and neurogenic detrusor overactivity. Her work is widely published in peer-reviewed journals, and she has presented her research findings around the country. In addition to her clinical and research work, Dr. Dielubanza is an assistant professor of clinical urology at the Keck School of Medicine of USC.
Dr. Dielubanza has witnessed how education can open doors and change lives. She was inspired to become a doctor because it is a career that allows her to pay it forward by educating others. She is passionate about teaching her patients about their health and training future physicians to help them deliver the best care possible.
