Dr. Jason Ye is the Director of Clinical Operations of Radiation Oncology at USC Norris Comprehensive Cancer Hospital and Associate Professor of Clinical Radiation at Keck School of Medicine of USC. He joined USC in August 2016. Dr. Ye completed a seven-year accelerated liberal arts/medical (BA/MD) education from Boston University. He completed his medical doctorate degree, graduating cum laude and was also inducted into the Alpha Omega Alpha Honor Medical Society. He completed his residency in Radiation Oncology at Weill Cornell Medicine – New York Presbyterian Hospital, where he also served as Chief Resident.
Dr. Ye has presented and published studies on topics regarding breast, lung, and central nervous system cancers. His work has earned him numerous honors, including: New York Weill Cornell Medical Center Alumni Council Distinguished Housestaff Award, Lynn Sage Breast Cancer Symposium Scholar Award, American Radium Society Young Oncologist Essay Award, and Radiological Society of North America Roentgen Resident/Fellow Research Award.
Dr. Ye specializes in various advanced radiation treatment techniques, such as stereotactic body radiotherapy (SBRT), intensity modulated radiation therapy (IMRT), prone breast radiotherapy, as well as CNS stereotactic radiosurgery (SRS) including the use of Gamma Knife.
