The audiologist crammed a device in my ear canal that was too big to fit and then blasted my ear with noise that was so alarmingly loud that I had to tell him to stop and then he immediatkey proceeded to do a hearing test. It was very uncomfortable and I'm not confident it was safe for my hearing nor do I have confidence in the results of the hearing test.

Dr Kung was so kind and well-spoken. He explained everything clearly and asked me several times if I had any questions.
